Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint about your order, you can submit it as follows.

  1. Send an e-mail to [email protected]. Describe the problem as clearly as possible and possibly add one or more photos. Also include a copy of your invoice or warranty certificate.
  2. You will receive a reply from us within one working day at the latest, often faster than expected.
  3. The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution for consumers, which you can find at We do not participate in this and cannot resolve disputes through this platform. We prefer to be in personal contact with you.
